Amazing.com helps people build successful businesses.
Amazing.com was founded as Amazing Academy by Matt Clark and Jason Katzenback, two independent business owners who shared the dream of financial freedom. Long before meeting and starting the company, Matt and Jason both began looking for ways to achieve what most people only dream of: the freedom to do what they wanted, when they wanted, wherever in the world they wanted to do it. In time they would both find what they were seeking, and much more.
Through trial and error and hard work, Matt and Jason each discovered what it takes to build highly profitable, long-term businesses. The pair eventually met through an entrepreneurial organization and realized they would make a great team. But these ambitious entrepreneurs had bigger dreams than simply making more money. They had an overwhelming desire to repay the kindness that many amazing people had shown them along the way. The seasoned duo wanted to pass on what they had learned, to teach other aspiring entrepreneurs how to start and grow their own businesses.
Most of all, Matt and Jason wanted others to feel the joy of financial freedom. Thus the idea for Amazing.com was born.
Originally in the online-selling space, Amazing.com has expanded and continues to expand into other categories and fields of interest, offering step-by-step courses to help more people create profitable, sustainable enterprises.
While many people look to franchising to kickstart their entry into independent business, Amazing.com members get access to cutting-edge training models and passionate support communities that help them build businesses more quickly and easily. The courses provide everything one could need to start and grow an independent business. We've discovered principles, strategies, and technologies that produce real, measurable business results — without the expensive franchising fees.
Our company started with one course that used never-before-seen gamification and results-focused training to quickly become the most successful online business education program ever created. Since then we've been steadily adding more courses and tools to serve our rapidly expanding membership. Our name may have changed, but we've always been — and always will be — one Amazing community.

A serial entrepreneur turned investor, Matt is driven by the idea that you don't have to put your family or your future in jeopardy to start and run a successful business. A graduate of the #1-ranked undergraduate entrepreneurship program in the United States, the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston, Matt graduated summa cum laude with a double-major in finance and entrepreneurship. After a stint in corporate finance, he founded his first business at the age of 22 and grew that business into a multi-million dollar, industry-leading enterprise with thousands of products. Over the next four years, he launched and grew three more multi-million dollar businesses focused on bottom line profitability. Matt is now hyper-focused on practical things that business owners can do to drive growth and profitability, which he considers the true measure of any business. Learning and teaching these practices has become Matt's personal passion and the mission of Amazing.com. He has authored numerous articles for some of the world's most respected business publications, including Forbes, Business.com, and Under30CEO. Along with co-founder, Jason Katzenback, Matt is determined to teach would-be entrepreneurs all over the world how to start and run a business without making the same catastrophic mistakes as nearly eighty percent of those who try.
A veteran of the online-product industry, Jason is driven by the ever-present desire to chart his own course, and to help others do the same. A serial entrepreneur, author, and speaker, Jason builds businesses to break boundaries - be they of his own making or the making of others. He attended college to become an engineer, but realized shortly after starting down that career path that he wanted and needed more out of life. Like so many people out there, he felt suffocated working for others. In 2005 Jason launched what would become his first multimillion-dollar business, and since then he has dedicated his life to understanding what really works best in business and figuring out how to impart that knowledge to others. Teaching and mentoring is what brings him to the office day after day, even though his business success has given him freedom to go anywhere and do anything as he pleases. Jason splits his time between Austin, Texas, and Ontario, Canada, where he lives with his wife Charlene and their two daughters.
