It’s YOUR Success story, and there are many different ways to get there. There’s no one size fits all Amazon FBA recipe for success out there. George Kiapos just got to $50K a month following the motto “slow and steady wins the race.
Having been involved in helping thousands of students reach incredible success with selling on Amazon, there are five rules that I think everyone needs to follow. These are the same rules George followed and now he has a growing profitable business paying him back over and over again. Let’s take a look at what I believe are the 5 success factors if you want a complete Amazon FBA recipe for success!
I have seen people from all over the world, all different ages, backgrounds, and education levels achieve incredible success with selling on Amazon. The one constant in all of that is that each one of them fully believed they not only could succeed but that they would, and they deserve just as much as anyone else.
Often people get lost in the idea of ‘money’ as the reason, but that is the tool that you use to achieve your why. Your why needs to be something meaningful, something that is so important to you that when challenges arise, you don’t hesitate for even a moment because you know that your why is so much bigger.
When you are learning something new, it’s almost impossible ever to get better if you only randomly work on it. Your business is no different. You want to be able to dedicate some amount of time to your business every day. When you don’t do this, you lose momentum and forget things. Even if its only one hour a day, stay consistent and focus that time on getting er’ done!
Whether it is picking your first product or launching your 20th product, if you don’t know the critical numbers that you need to achieve, you’re mostly running a business with no direction. Know your numbers and do basic math. You will often hear people say copy writing is the number one skill a business owner should learn, and I argue that knowing your data points, what the important numbers are, and what they mean for your business is the most important thing. If you disagree, feel free to comment about that below 🙂
This one is a HUGE pet peeve of mine, and I feel it is responsible for at least 50% of the failures out there. I am making an educated assumption here based on what I have seen. When people don’t take accountability, they make excuses. The biggest one of these is NO TIME. I built my business raising kids, having a full-time job, taking my kids to soccer and swim lessons, involved with my church, and more. If you want to succeed, then you need to take full ownership. Anything that goes wrong, don’t pass the blame… take ownership of it, learn from it, and try not to let it happen again.
I will be interviewing with George Kiapos in a few days, stay tuned to hear directly from him as he shares his journey to $50K per month.
